Austheat Extended Warranty Information & Form

Austheat extended warranty is authorised and administered by our warranty department.

You are entitled to a five (5) year extended warranty on the fryer tank, a two (2) year extended warranty on parts in conjunction with one (1) years labour coverage.
The extended warranty application form below must be completed and submitted to Roband within 30 days of purchase.

Extended Warranty Application Process

The extended warranty application form (below) must be completed and submitted to Roband within 30 days of purchase for extended warranty. If this form is not submitted warranty will remain as 1 year parts and labour only.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not constitute a major failure. Specific warranty details and exclusions are included with every machine sold. Typically, items such as glass, lamps and non-stick coatings are not covered under warranty.
